The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternative

Nice Cloud Vapor is one of several companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually favored by young adults, but that adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.

Juul Pods

Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory criteria or laws exist to regulate dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label particularly stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports drink or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.

Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavours were added after the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to be misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.

The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include accurate statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the product, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They might probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the manufacturing of e-liquids. Producers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is definitely not.

Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a couple of which had an array of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Cool Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was incorrect.

Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which made it difficult to hold onto while smoking as the entire oral cavity of the disposable gadget was filled with the whitish color of smoking. I viewed the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and found that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and the other products was that this product did not contain any flavorings.

After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that has been not found during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My next puff sent a rush of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled gradually while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.

After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a gentle pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a nice and tangy flavor with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, presenting me all the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without having to worry about getting a bad buzz from it.
